We were unlucky with the weather and ended up staying during one of the heaviest snowfalls of 2008 in southeastern England, but this was otherwise a comfortable campsite.

Pros

• The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.
• Toilet facilities were very clean and heated.
• Conveniently located to Eurotunnel and the Dover ferries.
• Small shop at reception with food and supplies.

Cons

• Probably not suitable for a long term stay, but perfectly fine for a night stop on the way to Europe.
